Balkongteam was founded in Oslo in 1998 by Fredrik Granberg and Ola Rask, who had built balconies in Sweden for almost ten years before that. Since then we have sold and built 8,568 balconies on Oslo’s old apartment buildings.

Parveketeam brings the same method and experience to Helsinki.

How it goes

Balconies are decided by the housing company. A site visit is a good first step: afterwards the board has a concrete proposal to consider.

  1. 01

    Site visit

We come and look at the building and tell you which balconies suit it. Free of charge.

  2. 02

    Quote

You get a written quote that you can take to your housing company for a decision.

  3. 03

    Measuring and making

We measure the place for every balcony and make the parts to those measurements.

  4. 04

    Installation and handover

We assemble the balconies on site without a crane, clean up after ourselves and hand over the work.

Contact us – book a free site visit

Tell us the building’s address and we’ll come and see which balconies suit it. The visit is free and doesn’t commit the housing company to anything.

You can book a visit as a resident, board member or property manager.
